From today's call, the competitor and growth report, and what was already open. Email was not covered today; it is tomorrow's call, so email items are left out below except the Gavin check.
Austin
Team updates
Kamil. Let me know when the website list is live so I can review it. Includes replacing "41%" with "up to 60%" everywhere it appears (homepage, /try4free and the affiliate paths). You said on the call it is one item away.
Kevin. Status on his 21 September list: the funnel events from sign-up to purchase, trials split from creator comps in the Trialing count, Cash Collected reconciled to Stripe, the money-owed figure, and Search Console and Analytics pulled in daily.
Gavin. Whether the failed-payment rebuild has started. We go through the detail on tomorrow's email call.
Facebook and paid ads
Facebook Page. Get access to the Hypertune Facebook Page your current Meta ads run from and link it to the ad account. Confirm who owns the Meta Business account and the pixel. As soon as possible.
Creator clips in ads. A short list of the top creators whose contracts allow their videos in paid ads (YouTube and Meta). Needed before any ads start.
Creator brief
Reissue the August brief with the fixes and send me your version to review. The fixes:
- Intel and AMD wording: what creators can say, and a short list of what they must not say.
- One feature name: auto overclocking or smart overclocking, settled with the tech team.
- The offer line, kept general, since the discount may change in a week or two.
- Results framed as the creator's own, "up to 60%".
- Named pros instead of "top esports pros use it", from a pre-approved list of pros and teams creators can mention.
- A unique tracking link per video as an explicit instruction.
Intel and AMD wording. The final approved lines, with logos and brand guides, so the site and the brief say the same thing.
Pro permissions. Which pros can still be named as users and endorsers, and one new clip from a pro or the creator who shouted Hypertune out.
Proof and reviews
Reviewers. Contact Mostly Positive Reviews (the CPU overclock that never ran on a Gigabyte BIOS), Eric Parker and FrameSync for fresh reviews.
Battlefield 6. The test method behind the claim (rigs and runs), or we replace it with a figure we can show.
Retired game pages. Redirect the Valorant page (and the Fortnite, Rust and CS2 pages, which also return "not found") to a live page instead of leaving them dead.
NVIDIA. Named on the site alongside Intel and AMD, and the NVIDIA and B2B outreach resumed.
Pricing and affiliates
Affiliate line. The affiliate programme wording written up ("made by gamers, for gamers", starting from 30%).
Affiliate price. Which price affiliates promote.
Churn figure. Where the 13.47% churn figure came from.
Leadership and testing
Report sign-off. Check the competitor and growth report and approve it to share with Jerad, Mark, Rob and Kent. The 90-day plan is removed.
Non-gaming testing. The hardware order (Slovakia, including Alienware) and what you need to run the non-gaming use-case tests Mark is asking for.
Weekend. Whether a Saturday or Sunday session works.
Next call
Friday 25 September. Email, every flow. The email breakdown is here to read first: https://hypertune-reports.pages.dev/email-report-2026-09-23.html
To be discussed next
Trustpilot. The review invitation campaign by email and push, paying customers first.
Next week. Plans for the referral programme, the creator giveaway kit, a monthly Discord benchmark competition and November and December gift codes.
Thursday 1 October. Annual price review: raise it before Black Friday so it can be discounted then, 30 to 40% instead of 50% sitewide, with the renewal price shown up front.
Friday 2 October. Strategies for email, Google Ads, YouTube ads, SEO and Facebook ads, each with budget, timeline, owner and success measure. SEO scope settled with Bobby, or with your alternative if he won't separate the AEO work.
