From Vinson. Written 20 Sep 2026, reissued 21 Sep after the review call with Austin. Everything below is agreed with Austin; nothing here is waiting on a decision. Items that are still being discussed have been taken out and will come as a separate note when they are settled.
Kamil owns the visual and layout work on hypertune.gg. Kevin owns code, data and integrations in a separate brief. The speed work already shipped to the test site (deferred tags, hero video after load, animations after load) is Kamil's and is done; nothing more on speed in this brief.
The homepage is the whole funnel: 88% of search visitors land there and 72% of all sessions include it. All of this is homepage plus two account screens.
Add a primary purchase button to the top bar, right of "Log In", solid and high contrast, visible on every page, at every scroll position and at every window size (on a 1504 px wide window today, the hero button can sit below the fold; the header button must not). Use the existing hero label and destination ("Boost my performance", /onboarding) so nothing new is decided here; the label question is being settled separately. This closes the gap on the page: between the hero and the pricing card, and again after it, the only purchase button is the small "Claim now" on the floating card.
The page currently ends on "Join the community" and "Join the team", then the footer. Add the pricing card (Yearly / Monthly, features, button) once more directly above the footer, so the last thing a visitor sees is the offer. Same component as the mid-page card; no new design. Austin: "top and bottom".
Bottom-right floating card, "Limited time offer, Annual plan, 50% OFF, Claim now". Today only the small "Claim now" button works; clicking anywhere else on the card does nothing. Make the entire card the link (/onboarding?plan=year). Keep the design and wording as they are; Austin decides wording and end date separately.
Currently exported as 1,023 x 1,537 px PNGs at about 1.77 MB each, displayed at 264 px wide. Re-export each at 528 x 792 px, WebP, quality 75 to 80, target under 40 KB each. Same filenames, drop into /images/blocks/games/. If the site sets image quality in code (quality 95 on these), drop it to 75 to 80 there.
The hero video now loads after the page, which is right, but there is no still image while it does, so the hero can show blank for a moment. Produce a poster frame: first frame or a chosen still, WebP, 1920 px wide, under 60 KB, and set it as the video poster. Austin confirmed you make the still yourself; nothing to wait for.
The "/month" and "/year" unit text is white at 30% opacity on the dark card and fails the contrast check; feature descriptions at 50% fail too. Raise both to pass 4.5:1 (about 70% white or a solid light grey). Nine contrast failures in total on the page; the pricing card ones matter most because they tell the buyer which price is which.
The game titles are h4 under an h2; make them h3. Three controls have a spoken label that differs from their visible text: the widget's "Claim now" (labelled "Claim annual plan discount") and the Yearly / Monthly plan toggles. Make the aria-label match the visible text or drop it.
"processess" in the features list.
Centre the sign-in form and show the dashboard behind it at reduced opacity so it is not competing for attention. The only job of this screen is to get the person signed in. For reference, sign-ins today are Google 67%, Discord 25%.
The "Subscribe now" button does nothing for at least some accounts. Check it works for a normal account and fix if not. Austin is confirming whether it is dead only for whitelisted domains.
1 to 3 together are a day of work at most. 4 is an hour. 5 is an hour. 6 to 8 are an hour together. Please ship 1 to 8 as one release so Kevin can run one before-and-after speed check (three GTmetrix runs each side). None of these should cost speed; if the check regresses we split them to find which.
