Flow filter: Successfully Paid at least once, all time. A trial whose first charge failed and was never paid goes to the win-back, not here.
Branch: on Reason Left from the in-app survey. Needs Kamil: the survey answer on the Klaviyo profile, and a Klaviyo segment for each answer.
Free month: only for "didn't give me performance" and "ran into a bug", because Hypertune didn't work for them. Nobody else gets anything free.

Build notes: Delete "Quick question...", the day-3 generic email, the free-month email and the "manual service" email. No email asks why they left: the survey already did. Needs Kamil: plan end date and whether they're on an early-bird price, on the profile; confirm that a cancelled plan can be restarted before its end date at the same price; GAMER's duration and eligible plans; whether FREEMONTH still works, and how it applies to a plan that hasn't ended yet (it should add a month, not double up).
