The same three emails, offer and split test as the trial users win-back, running automatically for everyone who cancels a trial from now on. Only email 1's opening changes, because they cancelled today, not months ago.
Survey answers from trial users since 21 August (140 answers): didn't give me performance 43%, too expensive 27%, other 16%, not using it enough 10%, ran into a bug 4%.

Build notes: Delete "Quick question...", the day-3 generic email, both old free-month emails and the "manual service" email. No email asks why they left: the survey already did. The discount codes are the win-back codes, so both are measured together. Watch: offering a discount the hour a trial is cancelled can teach people to cancel for a deal. If trial cancellations rise once this is live, move email 1 to day 3.
