The Trustpilot profile moved from Comp Ready to Hypertune on 24 September and has 26 reviews, most about the old technician service. Reviews are the proof new buyers look for at checkout. The people most likely to leave a fair review are customers who have stayed.
Anyone on a monthly or yearly plan past 31 days. For monthly subscribers that means they stayed past the first month and paid a second time. Nobody newer, because a reminder that they're paying can prompt a cancel.
| Group | Rule | People now |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly | Yearly plan, first paid more than 31 days ago, active | 1,698 |
| Monthly | Monthly plan, first paid more than 31 days ago, 2 or more payments, active | 3,507 |
| Total | 5,205 |
About 93% of paying customers can be emailed today, so expect about 4,800 to receive it until Gavin unsuppresses the paying customers.

Who builds the list: Klaviyo can't tell plan or tenure today. Kamil exports the two groups from Stripe (plan, first paid date, payment count, cancel at period end), and Gavin uploads them as two lists without changing anyone's consent. Once Kamil's subscription status field is live, this becomes a segment.

Measure: new Trustpilot reviews in the 14 days after each send, unsubscribes, and the 30-day cancellation rate against the held-back 10%.
After the first send: repeat it once a month as a campaign to people who have newly passed 31 days, leaving out everyone already asked. If it lifts cancellations, stop.
