Hypertune SEO plan: owners and revised timeline

Owners and revised timeline · updated 2 October with the site audit

2 October 2026 · for the call with Bobby, Friday 2 October · updated with this morning's site audit · SEO only, AEO on a separate call

Reference documents. For reading after the call; we will not go through them today.

This keeps everything in scope from Bobby's SEO and Growth Plan (v1.0) and brings it forward: with AI doing the drafting, everything in it is done by the end of November. Google Ads launches on 5 October on the same searches, so the new pages double as ad landing pages.

Who does what

How work moves

  1. Bobby puts finished work in the shared tracker, never straight to Kamil, Kevin or Austin.
  2. Som checks it within 48 hours; Vin gives the final OK.
  3. Austin signs off where needed and submits it in Linear.
  4. Once it is live, Som logs it and Bobby requests re-indexing.

2. Bobby's items: strategy, technical, checks and outreach

Access: Search Console from Vin today; Bing and Ahrefs Webmaster Tools by Mon 5 Oct (V2). Anything else from Ahrefs, Som pulls for him.

Rows are in order of impact. The hours are our estimate, not a quote. His own timings from v1.0 are shown for reference; the dates here are earlier because AI does the drafting.

Bobby's estimated load: about 12 hours in week one, then 5 to 6 hours a week to the end of October, then 8 to 10 hours a week in November. Everything is done by the end of November.

Tools: Ahrefs data from Som (competitors' referring domains), his outlet list, email from the agreed mailbox

3. Som and Vin's items

Rows are in order of impact. Hours assume the AI content framework does the first drafts.

Estimated load: Som about 40 hours to Mon 12 Oct, then about 10 hours a week plus the pages (3 to 5 hours each). Vin about 2 to 3 hours a week.

Everything that goes on the site as content, split by type. Som writes every piece with the AI content framework (V8), Bobby checks each one for SEO, Austin signs off claims and the homepage, and Austin submits each one in Linear for Kamil to publish.
